Shorelight Career Premium is an add-on to Shorelight’s Career Services, offering international students the chance to gain critical work experience in a remote-first world. The program provides students with access to certificate courses, exclusive training workshops, and virtual internship opportunities with leading global organizations. As remote work becomes increasingly prominent, Career Premium equips students with the tools and experiences they need to thrive in a virtual work environment, boosting their resumes and career prospects.
Objective: Drive increased registrations for Shorelight’s Career Premium virtual internship program, which enhances students' employability by offering additional certificate courses, exclusive training workshops, and access to remote internship opportunities.
Challenge: Shorelight sought to increase awareness and boost student registrations for its Career Premium program. With employers worldwide adopting remote-first practices, it was crucial to provide students with valuable virtual work experience to enhance their resumes and improve their employability in a competitive job market.
Solution: I developed and executed a strategic multi-channel marketing campaign, incorporating email blasts, organic and paid social media, and retargeting ads. The goal was to highlight the unique benefits of the Career Premium program—such as virtual internships and additional certifications—while showcasing how these opportunities help international students prepare for a remote-first job market.
Results: The campaign generated over 1.5 million impressions, leading to 175 registrations and counting. This comprehensive approach significantly increased awareness and engagement, positioning Shorelight’s Career Premium program as a key resource for students seeking real-world virtual internship experience to strengthen their career prospects.
